If we accidentally sent you faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please allow us to replace or refund products as follows:
1. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving an unsatisfactory order by emailing us at returns@eatsleepcycle.co.za.
2. When contacting us:
Please refer to your order number
Indicate whether you want a replacement item or a refund
3. If you need a refund, it will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original purchase once the goods arrive at our warehouse.
4. We will arrange for a courier to collect the unsatisfactory item from you at no cost.
If the incorrect size or colour was selected during your purchase OR if you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our online store:

We will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to the original
payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that certain payment methods may be refunded to an Eat Sleep
Cycle Gift Card, including:
Any third-party financing options
Loyalty program points or discounts

Indicate the correct size or colour you want.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the original item and deliver the new one.
Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
All returns and exchanges need to meet the following conditions:
1. It's within 30 days of the purchase date
2. The original order confirmation email is provided
3. Products must be in the original condition and in undamaged packaging
4. No refunds or exchanges will be made for a product that has been misused or purposely damaged
5. We will only consider exchanging or refunding a faulty product if it was used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the product's instructions and/or user manual
6. For hygiene reasons, certain items like helmets or cycling shorts may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty
7. No refunds are allowed on products that have been personalized (e.g., custom-painted frames, engraved components)
A faulty product will, where relevant, be subject to a technical assessment by a specialist before being repaired, replaced, or refunded When returning a product for repair, please ensure that it is in hygienic condition
1. Refunds will not be given on Gift Cards. A refund on a product bought with a gift card will be in the form of a new gift card.
2. For items not eligible for return or exchange, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

We strive to process all returns and refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Eat Sleep Cycle reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
